In the Learner Readiness program at GEM our team collaborates with all stakeholders to create each child’s individualized programming. 

 

Upon enrollment in this program all learners are given comprehensive academic, social, behavioral and social-emotional assessments to determine their personalized programming and skill acquisition goals. All staff are provided extensive training on effectively implementing all programming. Skill domains focused on include (but are not limited to):​

This nimble program and environment includes electronic data collection, and real-time progress monitoring to ensure that all stakeholders have access to consistent and comprehensive information.
